Opening Ceremony - Virtual Sports Week 2020

Welcome to Aerodrome's first Virtual Sports Week. What festival of sport would be complete without an opening ceremony...

How to take part

Step 1. Print off / create your own recording sheet to track you results.

Step 2. Choose your events. You could choose the same 5 each day and try to beat you PB (personal best) each day; or choose a different selection each day.

Step 3. As well as taking part in physical activity this Virtual Sports Week, why not have a go at some of the healthy living suggestions on your recording sheet, such as make your own healthy smoothie, or design and create an obstacle course you and your family?

Step 4. Keep in contact with Mrs Jordan, Mr French, Mr Morgan and Mr Harris using the email address PE@aerodrome.croydon.sch.uk to send over pictures of you taking part in Virtual Sports Week, as well as your completed recording sheet.

Step 5. Enjoy!
