At Aerodrome teachers take part in Lesson Study annually. This effective joint professional development is highly focussed on listening to pupil voice and acting on it.

How does pupil involvement in their own learning impact on progress and attitude to learning?
EYFS and KS1 – to focus on including Role Play/Dressing up and small world in the study
KS2 – 3 subject areas of choice for rotation teaching
